Scenario analysis is a powerful tool for decision-making, strategic planning and risk management. By identifying different possible future development paths, you can make more informed decisions and be better prepared for the future. With a scenario analysis, we find out which factors can influence the future development of your start-up. We then use the results of the scenario analysis to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risks of your start-up with the help of a SWOT analysis. You are welcome to bring your own business idea, no matter how far you have already refined it. If you don't have an idea yet, you are welcome to join one of the teams and work on their idea.
