The ‘Entrepreneurial Thinking and Action’ business unit at the University of Kassel offers you advice and workshops in which you can train and develop your entrepreneurial thinking and action in order to successfully organise innovation and start-up processes.

The core aim is to promote entrepreneurial thinking and action as a key competence - both for potential company founders and for employees in companies, non-profit organisations or schools. The aim is to strengthen participants' willingness to take on responsibility in innovation processes. At the same time, the aim is to promote skills for successful implementation in an organisation or start-up.
